Nannies and Mothers' Helps can obtain a job through Delaney International only if they have been personally interviewed by our agency in the UK or by our contact agents abroad. We like to do some verbal reference checks and ask that candidates give us the address and telephone number for both college and job references.

Marcia Delaney is the owner and director of Delaney International and has been working in childcare recruitment since 1987. Having previously practised as a solicitor, she set up her own employment agency in 1991, specialising in child care. Marcia works with a team of assistants in the UK who are all mothers and keen to ensure that both the employee and the employer are suitably matched.
